A third-generation resident of Montezuma County, Vernon Hoffman is a people person who has spent his entire career engaging with the public. For 40 years, Vernon worked in a local lumberyard, the last 25-plus years as the manager. Then, in 2013, he earned his real estate license. A year later he dove full time into what has proved to be a successful career as a property professional. 

Over the years, Vernon got to know many members of the Regents team and, admiring the firm’s stellar reputation on the regional property scene, he felt he would fit in well. Vernon joined the Regents Real Estate Group in June 2022 and has hit the ground running. 

When he isn’t connecting people to the property that best fits their needs, Vernon enjoys spending time with his grand-babies. Vernon also has a keen interest in hot rods and motorcycles. 

“I’m proud to be a third-generation resident of Montezuma County, to have raised my kids as fourth-generation, and now my grandkids are fifth-generation residents of this wonderful place,” Vernon says. “Sharing my knowledge and love of this part of Colorado with my clients is why I chose to work in real estate.”
